The Pen Creator Studio is creative workshop to make wonderful, personalised pens. The kit contains a flat worktop with accessories to be assembled, with a place for the pens, compartments for storing glitters, pompoms and little stars, and an area to place the funnel and pen body. This is the perfect base to store components and creations. There are more than 50 decorations for original pens every time. The kit contains replacement ink in various colours, 10 white tops, tubes and tips in coloured plastic, various sachets of iridescent decorations, plastic beads, mini pompoms and 10 rubber stoppers with different characters, along with the illustrated manual. The pens can be decorated with or without water. To decorate with water, simply insert the transparent plastic tube under the funnel, then first add the glitter, stars and other iridescent shapes as desired, then add a few drops of water and close, pushing down hard to seal the stopper.

Delivery:
Orders are usually dispatched the same day when placed before 1:00pm Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Friday (after 1:00pm) or anytime Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Please note: Orders placed just before or during any UK Public Holidays may experience longer shipping times.

Returns:
If you would like to return your order, please contact us via email OR Live chat OR Phone prior to sending your parcel back. Booghe.co.uk accepts returns on all orders, as long as you notify us within 30 days of receipt that you're wanting to return your order. You then have a further 7 days to physically return the products. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered an incorrect item or the item is faulty. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can't be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit. Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and re-saleable. (This does not affect your statutory rights) If items are received back damaged, or missing items we are entitled to make a charge to cover the cost of this, and thus this may affect the amount credited to you.
We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receiving the item back. If we deliver an item in error or a damaged item, we will cover the cost of returning this to us if required. Please note that we will only cover the cost of standard shipping for this. If you do receive a damaged item, please do not dispose of this without prior written confirmation from us as we may require it returned (at our expense).
